The Town of Drumheller (the Town) invites prospective Proponents to submit non-binding Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of three (3) new Multifunction Printer units for three (3) separate facility locations. Each Multifunction Printer (MFP) unit will be located at a separate facility, and serve user groups with differing print/copy needs and usage amounts. Supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of the new units will be required, as well as the provision of training for key staff on the use of the units. Delivery and installation of the new MFP units will take place upon award or prior to January 5, 2024. Training on the use of the units must take place on or within ten (10) business days of the installation dates of the units. Proposal prices must include all packing, freight and insurance charges. The full scope of services are described in Section 2.0 – Scope of Work. Optional pricing may also be provided for one (1) desktop single user MFP unit for a separate facility location. The full scope of services for this optional unit is described in Section 2.0 – Scope of Work.
Mandatory MFP Units The Town requires the replacement of shared MFP units at the following locations:

Optional MFP Unit The Town requires one (1) new desktop single user MFP unit for a fourth facility location: - Drumheller Municipal Airport (CEG4) - located 5.6 km Northwest of Drumheller Optional pricing may be submitted for the provision of this MFP unit. |
