The Town of Drumheller is seeking experienced and qualified IT Managed Services providers to submit proposals for the provision of comprehensive IT support and services for a term of five (5) years, with the possibility of two (2) one-year extensions.

With the expiration of the current IT services contract, the Town is looking for a trusted partner to provide reliable, efficient, and scalable IT solutions that align with the outlined scope of work in the RFP documentation. IT services are a critical part of the Town’s day-to-day operations, and we require a provider who can ensure continuity, security, and performance across all systems, networks, and technological infrastructure.

Collaboration between the Town and the selected IT services provider is essential.
